Coffee flavoured Icecream with Toffee or dulce de leche in between it. Coffee flavour and toffee goes really well.
We have completed this year Ramadan and I felt that it has gone very fast.. I wish everybody has celebrated EID well… Even my Eid was awesome My parents had come from saudi and they stayed for a week .. . enjoyed well…
Now we all are in a mood of vaccation and kids are at home and temperature outside is damn hot… Not able to go out.. In this hot season its better we have some cold stuffs especially Icecream. It can be had anytime.. that too kids love it.. so I thought it’s better to prepare some homemade Icecream and store it.
This time I have come with coffee and toffee flavour. I never thaught that it would be a great combination..I was about to prepare coffee Icecream as my son loves coffee flavour so I thaught I’ll make coffee Icecream for him … suddenly so found a can of dulce de leche in my fridge that strikes me an idea so added some with icecream mix and also I have layered in between the Icecream . . so that we get a streak of dulce de leche in a scoops of icecream.. .
I also wanted to share with you people that I have sent this recipe to “Icecream, smoothies and popsicles Recipe contest” for better butter group ..This recipe got second prize..
